Blessed!

The words below were written on the 22nd of April. A sunday. I can't put up any pictures from Australia now... Wonder why?? Hmm... think they're too big. I'll just post some Good Charlotte's concert pics. Even better, I can't post any pictures at all! ARGH!! i'll just post this first, fix the pictures and it'll be up soon.


Yes, I am very blessed and I owe it all to God. As we know everything we have was given to us by God. I thank God that he has blessed me with trips to so many places. Recently, I was at Australia. Nice pics eh? And I was also attending a debate competition and we won the first round, I am very blessed as the scores must have been pretty close. And yesterday night, I got the chance to go to GOOD CHARLOTTE'S CONCERT!!!!!!!!! IT'S AWESOME!!! James, my brother got the ticket from someone else at first. He got a Digi VIP ticket. I got the normal on the day itself. It was a normal but I am satisfied. IT WAS GREAT!!! It was given to me by a church member. And today, we had a great time at church, with the life wire program, Ji Aun and Solomon had prepared.

There, I'm absolutely blessed and I thank God. Enough of words, more of PICTURES!!! hahah. The bird is a kookaburra if I am correct. I'm sure I am though. haha.

Haha! That is pretty funny! I got that from Joyce Lee. There's her link right there, it's on her blog too. I saw it and decided to make at least some people laugh. And the Adorable Hedgehog and Cute Pup was found on the internet.

Random stuff...

So... how was your new year? Hope you had a great time and got lots of ang paus! hahaha. Anyway, here are some interesting pics to show you... I haven't charged my camera batteries and that means I can't transfer the picture from the new year and various occasions... I'll charge it later on... hahha.

Anyway, by now you guys should know that I have soft spots for animals and for some weird reason I'm scared of some of them too. (Monkeys, birds and lizards/crocodiles + more) That cat up there in the pic used to come to my house like everyday. It used to come for no apparent reason. It just came and my family would shoo it away but it came. And Mark and I would say "Cat... Get out." And sometimes it would and most of the time it looked at us and sat down. Whenever our guests saw it they would think that it belonged to us but no. So one day, I just took some pics cause I had the camera in hand. It passed away last year, we found out when my parents went for a walk and saw it lying on the road. Poor fellow. I really liked it and stroked it some times although my parents were always against cats coming to our house and pooping on the grass. haha. Adorable fellow.

Chinese New Year!

Yeah! haha. The Chinese New Year is here! Which means, HOLIDAY! ahhaha. BUT, yes, there is a But... But, I still have to study because... I have tests immediately after the Holiday. So sad... Please, pray that I will be able to manage my time to study, to bake and HAVE FUN! hahahah. See the pictures, that's my niece. Yes, my niece. My cousin's daughter to be precise. She's a year older. Anyway, these were taken last year. It was her birthday and my uncle's b'day during New Year so we celebrated. And the other one, is of my cousins and my uncle from my mom's side.

This year, the pictures have been cut down. maybe I'll take more. haha. Ooh... My fringe was short... hahah. I look so different. And the other one shows all of us celebrating my late uncle's birthday.

Good news and Bad news. And Facts.

Good news first.

- Alive and Well!

- China was awesome.
- I finished another book!
- I have pictures! Here they are!

Bad news.

- Amazingly busy. Loaded with homework. Teachers love torture!
- China's toilets were appalling. Food was fattening.
- The author passed away last year due to cancer and she wrote AMAZING books.- Today was a school day so it felt like one too. It's a Saturday! Argh!

I have loads of entries that i wrote in my diary in China. I didn't have the time to post them and I didn't feel up to it. Here are some of the facts I wrote down. Oh yeah, the picture where the shoes are covered in things that look like shower caps are actually some plastic protection thingy for the floor. So we had to wear those to keep that certain extremely posh floor clean. I bet they were cheap shower caps. haha

4)1 out of 5 in the population of China is Muslim. China has more that 1.2 billion to 1.5 billion people, so get thinking. Imagine that! China has the most Muslim population in the world.


5) China at that time when I went was Extremly COLD! I repeat, COLD! The Sun was also shining brightly, so it was extremely cold at night and in the morning and in the afternoon, imagine us taking off our jackets.

6)In 1979, couples who got married cannot make love. Why? because, that's how babies are made. So if you wanted the baby, you needed some kind of a permit. And that permit is only valid for one child. So let's say a couple got twins... One child will suffer in life, you need that permit for school, jobs and for a birth certificate.


7)Crystals can be made into sunglasses. I have one of it as proof too! haha.

8) The toilet that I just went to, had doors that were not only shorter than me... It couldn't lock. You could actually peek at the person next door. I was the only person in the toilet, so don't worry. The toilets here also do not provide tissues or hot water, so cold water was the only option. Oh yeah, Some toilets don't even have doors, sometimes no curtains either, and some just have holes.

9) I walked more than 300 steps in a CAVE on the 7th of Jan, 2007. Was also in come cable chair car thingy. Very windy, very cold, very dry, and very shaky. Let me remind you of something, I'M SCARED of HEIGHTS! See the real cable car with two people inside? That thing can sway and rock from side to side better than me! Even the chair thingy wasn't as rocky.

10)One of the places I went to, called Da Li, has loads of love stories.

11) Chinese in China are smart, hardworking but are dirty, unhygienic, disgusting, cruel, and inconsiderate. I may sound like I'm exaggerating, but it's true!

12) 80% of women regularly cry...

See the two basins, those are live living creatures, whatever they are, it's disgusting. People here seem to enjoy it a lot though. Anyway, these are all my opinions, do not be offended or anything. I'm just voicing out how I feel, I don't want to end up in a home for sick people! All Right! That should be all for now, enjoy the pictures!

The Time

I just realized that the time is wrong. For example, It says I posted something at 6:30 in the morning when it's actually maybe three in the afternoon. I tried fixing it and failed miserably. so this is going to be the last time, I hope i get it right now.
